MID-CENTURY DESIGN, SLOW FOOD & WINE - MOSAICS IN PIEMONTE
4 – 14 June 2026
Join us this June in beautiful Piemonte in Northern Italy, for a one of a kind mosaic journey celebrating mid-century design, slow food, fine wine and artisanship. This tour will appeal to both experienced mosaicists and absolute beginners, keen to dip their toes in the world of mosaic-making.
The centrepiece of this exclusive 11-day experience is a 5-day mosaic workshop inspired by the local works of Gino Severini, guided by two internationally acclaimed and much-loved maestre: Arianna Gallo, from the Byzantine mosaic heartland of Ravenna, and Dr Helen Bodycomb, contemporary artist and mosaicist from Australia. For the first time, they are crafting a Severini-inspired approach to post-mid-century modern mosaics. Their combined artistry – melding diverse training, deep knowledge, and complementary perspectives – will make this a rare and privileged opportunity for participants. Expect sparks to fly and stars to align!
